Reiki has the potential to return us to our natural state of harmony and balance emotionally, mentally, physically, energetically, and spiritually. The word Reiki means universal life energy, which is the energy that exists in and around all living things. When we connect to this vital life force energy, we return renewed and restored.
Energy is the basis of all things in existence.
In this class series, we will learn to work in the subtle realms to achieve balance and healing for ourselves and our community.
Reiki classes are digital classes with a one-hour call to ask questions and to receive your attunement. If you would like a completely live training, please reach out to let me know.

Why Learn From Me
Everything I do in my work with others centers around energy healing. I began learning about the world of energy in massage school 22 years ago, fell in love with it, and began using it in my healing work with others in 2001. I have received two sets of Usui Reiki attunements, have been practicing Reiki daily since 2005, and have been teaching for the last decade. In addition, I have received well over 1000 hours of energy medicine training from the Four Winds Society, Sacred Stream, and others. When you study Reiki and energy healing with me, you receive a depth of knowledge that is lacking in many Reiki courses, including some basic Shamanic tools and practices.
