TERMS, CONDITIONS & POLICIES
Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the https://karallynstreit.com website (the “Service”) and services offered by Karallyn Streit.
Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use this Service.
By accessing or using any part of the website and by using our services, you agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions of the Agreements that follow.
If you disagree with any part of the terms of the agreement, then you may not access the website or use our services.
DISCLAIMER FOR ALL SESSIONS
The sessions with Karallyn Streit are not psychotherapy and are in no way a substitute for psychotherapy or any type of medical care. This work is trauma recovery coaching, somatic healing, and energy medicine, all of which are forms of alternative healing. This work is a good addition to more conventional forms of therapy and medicine but is not a substitute for them in any way. Please seek professional help if you are struggling with alcohol or drug addiction or if you are feeling suicidal. Always seek the advice of your physician or another qualified healthcare provider with any questions or concerns that you may have regarding mental health conditions, medical conditions, or treatment. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay in seeking it because of something you have read on our website or experienced during a session.
Karallyn cannot guarantee any particular outcome or result from any of the services she provides. With any type of alternative healing or coaching, the intention is key, and so each person does receive exactly what is needed at any given time, although this may not take the form that is expected. For this reason, it is best to come into this work with an open mind and limited expectations. Rigid expectations can restrict the value and benefit received from the session.
By partaking in our services you are agreeing to accept full responsibility for all of your own decisions, feelings, outcomes, and actions, and therefore hold Karallyn Earls Streit harmless for any outcomes, results, or repercussions of your personal choices
SERVICES ARE BASED ON TIME.
You are paying for my time, not for any guaranteed outcome. If you received a session, class, or program with Karallyn Streit, that is the successful culmination of your service. No refunds.
RECORDINGS.
It is fine if you wish to take notes or record the session yourself by voice recording. Please do not broadcast the session (live or as a recording) without written permission.
If we are doing a session on Zoom, please let me know at the beginning of the session if you would like me to record it and a copy will be sent to you via email following the session.
Refund And CANCELLATION POLICY
1:1 SESSIONS
We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. Business meetings, project deadlines, flight delays, car problems, and illness are just a few reasons why one may consider canceling an appointment.
In our desire to be effective and fair to everyone we work with, we have adopted the following policies: 24-hour advance notice is required when canceling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to receive a much-needed appointment. If you are unable to give 24-hour notice you will be charged the full amount of your appointment and if you are on a package you will be forfeited an appointment in your package.
Client Agreements:
I understand that the above policies mean that I may reschedule or cancel my session and receive a full refund ONLY UP TO 24 HOURS BEFORE MY APPOINTMENT. (If you scheduled your session on our scheduling software, use the link in your confirmation email to cancel or reschedule.)
I understand that this means that I will be UNABLE to reschedule, cancel, or obtain a refund when there are 24 hours or less before my scheduled session.
I understand that I will lose 100% of my fee if I fail to show up for my appointment or if I am more than 15 minutes late without letting Karallyn know that I am running late. I understand that if I am late I will forfeit the time missed and my session will still end on time as scheduled.
NO-SHOWS
If you either forget or consciously choose to forgo your appointment for whatever reason, you will be considered a “no-show”. If this happens you will forfeit the money paid for the appointment.
LATE ARRIVALS
It is your responsibility to arrive for your appointment/call on time. If you are not present for your scheduled appointment during the first 15 minutes (unless you call or text to let Karallyn know that you are running late) it will be construed that you are a “no show”. When you arrive late for your appointment, the appointment will still end on time, as scheduled, and you will forgo the extra time that you missed. Regardless of the length of time left for your session, you will be responsible for the payment of a “full” session.
Circle and Event Cancellations
When you sign up for a circle, class, or event, I weave you and your energy into all of the energetic and physical preparations. No refunds will be given when you withdraw your attendance from circles or events. Your registration for a circle or event reserves your space for that event only.
LATE ARRIVALS
It is your responsibility to arrive for the circle or event on time. Our gatherings begin promptly at the start time, the doors are closed and we are considered to be in sacred space. We will not re-open them until the gathering is over, to honor a closed sacred container.
Unfortunately, if you are late, you will not be let in and refunds will not be given. Please plan your time accordingly with buffer time for traffic, parking, and settling in.
Packages and Mentorship Programs
All of our packages and mentorship programs are 100% non-refundable once you have begun your payment plan or paid your fee in full and signed your contract with Karallyn.
No Exceptions.
CONFIDENTIALITY
As an Ordained Minister, I am ethically and legally required to protect the confidentiality of my clients, and I promise to uphold this boundary at all times. If information must be shared, it will not be shared under any circumstance without written permission from the client, or, if the client is a minor under the age of eighteen, the client’s parent or legal guardian.

My terms of service are subject to change, so please review them every time you book an appointment or schedule a class or circle.
